Jet Black Heart

Sometimes you gotta make the best of what you got. Winter has arrived! The light starts leaving us around 4pm and the rain is just constant. I somehow managed to get some pretty cool photos despite the lighting and I love the vintage vibe these photos have. This was a thrown together outfit for college one of my favourite things to wear in the winter is a loose wolly jumper with leggings or tights. This time of wear I always find myself buying loads...This long black bomber jacket is a new addition to my wardrobe from Forever 21! perfect for when it rains and adds a grungey vibe when paired with some docs. A year on I'm still so in love with my gorgeous drop dead leggings I haven't worn these beauties since SlamDunk Festival in May so I'm glad to have gotten these out of the cupboard and into the light! Enjoy and I'll see ya on my next post!

The Suede Jacket.

So its safe to say its officially Autumn / Fall! I styled this outfit around this heavenly suede jacket I picked up in Stradivarius while I was in Malaga, Spain for an incredible price of 50 euro! I was blown away at how cheap it was for being real leather and knew I had to have it! (When I came home I then discovered their online store oops!...where I then bought this hat)

Suede is very much on trend and is everywhere at the moment from skirts to tops to even boots. The red burgundy shade in this jacket really stood out to me as its different to just the average tan suede and is very easy to pair with my very dark wardrobe. I love how it adds the perfect amount of colour to my all black outfit. I recently picked up some new Asos denim with these gorgeous distressed jeans with rips everywhere but the knees haha paired with my usual Dr martens boots giving it quite a rock/grunge feel as I was heading to a metal concert so it was very appropriate for the evening!

If your ever looking for some basics Zara is the place to go! I'm slightly biased but honestly for the Autumn Zara's basic boyfriend styled t-shirts make the perfect combo with some skinnies and jacket comes in also grey and white perfect stable in every girls wardrobe! really love the v-neck style paired with a scrappy bra let and some layered necklace complete this look! Well i hope you like this look as much as i do see ya not he next one.

Post Concert Blues.

Hey! Welcome to another post it'll be 2 weeks tomorrow since these were taken and I attended Belsonic festival here in Northern Ireland my 4th year attending and All time low and twenty one pilots were playing this year and this is the outfit I put together for the outdoor gig.

I am no stranger to a pair of shorts and some opaque tights as its one of my favourite looks to wear to a concert. I love the distressing in these shorts and paired it with a raglan (you know I love these) from Glamour Kills approiate because it was the collab Alex Gaskarth (lead singer of All time low) did with them not so long ago. A very monochrome outfit but the pink rose adds that pop of colour. Of course the concert was outdoors so I wore my trusty Dr marten boots which really tie in this look.

Now lets talk hair fitting into the festival vibes I recently purchased this colour spray by Fudge Urban and let me tell you its amazing, so easy to apply, gorgeous pastel colour and not only comes in lilac but they do pink, blue and a coral shade all pastel shades and I love how it turned out. The fab thing about these chalk sprays they wash out instantly. Needless to say this night was incredible and regardless of it raining the spray didn't run out of my hair. so weather your heading to a gig soon, a special party or just wanna experiment with different colours give this spray a go you won't be disappointed!

Summer Florals!

Hey you! hard to believe its August already. A big trend of the summer is these button skirts which I never thought would be my style but I'm completely in love with this black denim one from asos, its high waisted and so easy to style and I paired it with this floral number from drop dead which has been featured on my blog before back in the winter which comes to show how versatile these piece is.

I think this makes a perfect summer grunge outfit. Paired with some chunky black cut out boots and a fedora completes the look. thanks for looking and ill see you on the next one!

Distressed Denim...

Hey guys! Its JULY!!

Where has the time gone! so heres the start (hopefully) of some summery outfits that I hope to blog about starting with this one. As you could probably tell from the title this post is all about these jeans which I have become literally obsessed with and I never thought this style of jean would be me because I'm only ever in skinnies! I love the distressing and the patchwork on the different colour of denim and how their cropped at the bottom. I picked up these from Zara in the sale and Zara's denim is my holy grail place for jeans because the quality is always amazing and the comfort these bad boys give me is just awesome. which by the way I now work in...(staff discount) so that probably explains why I haven't been on here as much as id like but i couldn't be happier working for a company that I genially love and have shopped in for years.

Anyways I styled them up with a simple black loose tee which falls long at the sides which gives this look a summery feel and some white vans keeping it more casual. To accessorise I'm never apart form my fedora and a silver choker/long necklace tied in this look. Plus a little mention about my hair which had just been done when these  photos were taken I always love the loss curly vibe in these photos.

A checked flannel is always necessary in this country as that cold brae is never too far away but looks great tied round the waist if it does get a bit warmer.

Madam Beaumont.

Hey! If your reading this thank you:) I know its been a while, life has been getting in the way I guess, I always return thought right!

My usual monochrome look for todays post! Now I know white t-shirts they can be picked up anywhere on the high street but this one is different! I purchased it from a Uk based clothing brand called Love and Hate Apparel from their newly released  Beaumont and Madam Beaumont collection named after Lee Beaumont.  An incredibly talented model who it weren't for him I wouldn't have even heard of this brand so in support of him and this brand I couldn't not purchase this.

I love the style and fit of this top which falls to fit tightly to your waist making it a flattering piece to be dressed up or down. I love the flow this top has on the arms and made it a perfect garment to be paired with a floppy hat, my staple black jeans and cut out boots. Not to mention the lovely material and detail of the L&H embroiaded onto the side makes it simple yet individual which is what i love about it. I'll leave all links below for you to check them out!

I hope you liked this post and yeah I'll see ya on the next one.

"We'll get lost and find ourselves in a foreign land..."

Hey my lovelies! Up the road from me is a Sports plex with a big car park so as the sun was setting me and my sister took a walk up as we felt inspired and took some photos. I was most impressed with the ones on the road as it was around 8 o'clock and we managed to have a clear road. (sneaky wee one with my dog too.)

I threw on something quite casual but very me and very black but very street wise to suit the natural surroundings. I have yet to blog this gorgeous leather jacket I bought from Zara a few months ago its a lot lighter and more fitted compared to my topshop one and I love the zip detailing on it. Paired with the usual black skinnies and grey speckled tee.

Since its officially spring slip on sneakers and plimsolls have made a comeback once again this year as they virtually go with anything. All black with snake detailing were a bargain from primark and are a dupe of the tiptop ones that they had out last year and so easy to throw on. I hope you like these photos as much as I do and I'll see you not he next one.
